John Lambert
Lambert Homes is a custom home builder serving Texas families across the Greater Houston area, the Hill Country, and the Brazos Valley. We work in Richmond, Rosenberg, Fulshear, Wimberley, Galveston, College Station, Bryan, and the surrounding communities.
John Lambert founded the company on a simple idea: building a home should feel like a partnership. Clients deserve to know who is on their job, who answers the phone, and who stands behind the work, and with Lambert Homes that person is John.
Every project gets the same level of attention, whether it's a ranch home outside Bryan, a Hill Country retreat in Wimberley, or a coastal build on Galveston Island. From plans and pricing to the final walkthrough, John keeps the process clear, honest, and on schedule.

Family & Experience
A Family of Five
John and his wife Allison Lambert are proud parents to three kids: Morgan, who attends Texas A&M University; Brady, who also attends Texas A&M University; and Rhett, who attends Texas Tech University.
John started Lambert Homes in 2009 and has built a career on decades of hands-on construction experience. From framing to finish work, he has worked across nearly every trade and phase of residential building, giving him the kind of practical knowledge that only comes from time in the field.
That deep experience is what allows Lambert Homes to deliver consistent quality, solve problems before they become expensive, and guide clients through decisions with confidence. John has seen what works, and what doesn't, and he brings that perspective to every home he builds.
